Limited Developer License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you the developer and Dmitri Sorokin for the software programs SOD Control Resizer (the "Software").

OWNERSHIP: The Software is owned by Dmitri Sorokin.

COPYRIGHT: © 1998-2001 Dmitri Sorokin. All Rights Reserved. The Software is published under license agreement by Dmitri Sorokin and is protected by copyright laws.

GRANT OF LICENSE: Dmitri Sorokin grants you a single developer to use one copy of the Software on one computer to create executables. Each developer using the Software in a design time environment must have a separately purchased copy of the Software. You may use the provided sample(s). You may make one copy of the Software, for backup or archival purposes. You may copy the Software to a network or shared drive provided each user accessing the Software has purchased a legal copy. You may not reverse-engineer or use any other method to obtain the Software.

DISTRIBUTION: You may distribute the compiled ActiveX control up to 50 times, without royalties or additional fees. You may not distribute or share the source code (if applicable) or documentation. If referred in your documentation information about the Software you must include the proper copyright information.

UPGRADE: Purchasing the limited developer license of SOD Control Resizer you will be getting the new versions within one year free of charge.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Dmitri Sorokin warrants the Software in its original form will perform free of defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. Dmitri Sorokin will make reasonable effort to satisfy such claims.

OTHER WARRANTIES: Dmitri Sorokin disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied.

NO LIABILITIES FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Dmitri Sorokin will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or inability to use the Software and accompanying material.
